OASE AquaMax Eco Premium 13000 Pump – Dual Inlet Solids-Handling Pond Pump

Large ponds often develop dead zones where sludge and debris settle out of reach of normal circulation, and finding a pump powerful enough for medium to large ponds without excessive running costs isn’t always easy.

The AquaMax Eco Premium 13000 is our go-to pump for most pond filtration set-ups, German-engineered and built to last. Like the rest of the Eco Premium range, it features a dual inlet design that draws water from two locations at once: the main top cage, which can also be removed to create a second plumbed inlet, and a secondary side inlet. This makes it possible to tackle problem areas that a single-inlet pump can’t reach. It runs on just 16 to 100W, well below the 150 to 200W typical of similar models, and includes automatic seasonal flow control, reducing flow and power use as water temperatures drop in winter. A grounding plate adds electrical safety, tripping the circuit before any live current can reach the water in the event of a fault or surge. If you’d prefer a more affordable pump with fewer of these premium features, our OASE AquaMax Eco Classic range is worth a look instead.
