The AquaMax Eco Premium 12000 12V is one of OASE’s most advanced solids-handling pumps, built around a dual inlet design that draws water from two locations at once: the main top cage, which can also be removed to create a second plumbed inlet, and a secondary side inlet. This makes it possible to tackle problem areas that a single-inlet pump can’t reach, while the 12V low-voltage design keeps running costs down, using only 95 watts compared to 150 to 200W in similar models. It also features automatic seasonal flow control, reducing flow rate and power consumption as water temperatures drop in winter, and switches off automatically if blocked or run dry to protect the motor.

Dual Inlet Applications

• For large ponds with stagnant dead zones, connect a satellite strainer to the secondary inlet to draw water from another area of the pond and carry sludge and debris to the filter
• For ponds with heavy leaf litter, connect a pond skimmer to the secondary inlet to trap floating leaves, uneaten food and other surface debris in a removable basket before it sinks and breaks down
