A robust stainless-steel filter basket handles coarse debris up to 11 mm without blocking, and the pump is protected against dry-running and blockages by OASE’s Environmental Function Control (EFC). The optional Seasonal Flow Control (SFC) function automatically reduces flow and head as pond temperatures drop, saving up to 30% extra energy over the cooler months. It’s frost-proof to -20°C and can be set up underwater or dry-installed.
