Seachem Axolotl Buffer adjusts pH to the ideal 7.4 to 7.6 range for axolotls, from either a low or high starting point, and softens water by precipitating calcium and magnesium. It is safe and effective for use with all axolotls.

Pair it with Axolotl Conditioner to remove chlorine and chloramine and detoxify ammonia, and use Fresh Trace to restore trace elements.

Directions for Use

Use 1 capful (5 mL) for every 10 L, dosing twice a week or as necessary to maintain a pH between 7.4 and 7.6. Axolotl Buffer may be added directly to the aquarium at any time. Very hard water may require a double or triple dose.
