Troubleshooting Your Filtoclear

• Remove the 4 screws holding the UV light into the filter to check whether water has gotten into the electrics
• If the electrics are water damaged, replacing just the electrics is usually all that’s needed
• Check that the quartz sleeve has no cracks and that the O-ring is still in good condition
• Give us a call if you have any problems, or are unsure what to do
