Hikari Tropical Food Sticks feature an optimally balanced nutrient mix designed to help maximise growth and overall condition. Developed through extensive study of the sight, smell and taste preferences of carnivorous fish, this formula includes key ingredients such as DL-methionine and L-lysine to encourage strong acceptance.

Advanced bio-technology has allowed the inclusion of high-grade colour-enhancing ingredients that support colour retention, even in UV-deficient environments. The highly digestible formulation helps reduce waste and aquarium clouding commonly associated with floating stick foods.

The sticks rapidly absorb water and soften to a live-food-like consistency without dissolving, while still retaining their shape when used as directed.

Feeding Recommendations

Feed one to two times daily the amount your fish will completely consume within a few minutes. Avoid overfeeding and always remove any uneaten food after the feeding period. Carnivorous fish may initially resist a new diet; continued use will help assure acceptance.
