Hikari Massivore Delite is an X-large sinking pellet developed specifically for super-sized bottom feeding carnivores, offering the nutritional equivalent of 1.8 live goldfish per pellet without the parasite or bacteria risk that comes with feeding live food. It rapidly absorbs water and takes on a texture similar to live prey while retaining its shape, and its high carotenoid content helps these fish develop the vibrant colouration they’d normally only get from natural UV exposure. Feeding

Feed once daily, offering only as much as your fish will completely consume within a few minutes. Carnivorous fish may resist a new food when changing from live foods or a less protein-rich diet, continued use will encourage acceptance. Throwing a pellet onto the water’s surface to create a splash can also help, as it mimics the action of live prey. Avoid overfeeding, and remove any uneaten food after the feeding period to protect water quality.
