Custom fibreglass ponds are a great option for anyone wanting a self-contained, low-maintenance system without the noise and clutter of external filters or exposed hoses. This quality black fibreglass pond holds approximately 1000L of water, making it well suited to a wide range of fish, including large koi. We run these exact systems in store for our own koi and rate them highly.

The large glass viewing panel lets you view fish from above or from the side, while a filtration compartment built into the left-hand side keeps the whole system fully contained. The lid matches the black finish, so the pond keeps its sleek, modern look with nothing on show but the water and your fish.

Dual Intake Filtration

The dual intake draws water into the filtration compartment from both the base of the pond, pulling out waste, sludge and uneaten food, and from an inbuilt surface skimmer, which removes slime and floating debris. A valve inside the filtration compartment lets you control exactly how much water is drawn from each intake point. Simply set the valve, fill the compartment with your choice of filtration media, and add a pump to the section furthest from the intakes, where the outlet is located.

Recommended Pump

We recommend running this filter with a pump pushing around 3000 litres per hour. A good option is the OASE Aquamax 3500, or for a more budget-friendly alternative, the PondMAX PU3500.
